Almanack 1718.  Minerva and Hercules raising the Student from the Seductions of Pleasure.  Image 17.4" x 15.8".  One of our favorite Oxford prints, in which an apparently unconvinced Oxford student is rescued from wanton pleasure. Charming Oxford city view in the background (see below). $500

Almanac 1778.  Magdalen College from the North Side of the Quadrangle.  Famous large view of Magdalen courtyard.. Excellent image apart from a light, minor (approx. 1/8 inch) spot near left margin of sky (see photo).  (Yellowing is an artifact of the camera's flash; the print is a uniform white color.)
